2nd Lt. Dan J. Alldridge, officer in charge with Detachment 1, Civil Affairs Team 4, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, talks with the manager of the water treatment facility with through an interpreter in Rutbah, Iraq, June 27. Marines with CA Team 4 inspected the facility to see about putting in a generator that would free the pump house from being dependant on the national power grid. Currently, the city of Rutbah only has power for usually six to eight hours a day.
