Lt. Gen. Perry Wiggins, commanding general for U.S. Army North (Fifth Army) and senior commander for Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis, congratulates the officers of his unit Sept. 13 after they completed a four-mile run around Fort Sam Houston. “This was a fun run,” said Wiggins. “A little bit of pain gets you a lot of gain.”
