Chief Warrant Officer 2 Justin Garner with Troop B, 2nd Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment, 25th Combat Aviation Brigade, was promoted from warrant officer to chief warrant officer two by his son, Elijah Garner, during a ceremony on Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii, Sept. 6. Garner, a native of Osceola, Ark., is a U.S. Army Kiowa Warrior pilot who serves in the 25th CAB to provide aviation support to ground troops throughout the Pacific.
