    An Iraqi man shows an injury he sustained in an engagement with insurgent forces to U.S. Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Harness (right), task force commander, 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion , Task Force Mech, Multi-National Force - West, Ground Combat Element, during a visit with an Iraqi national sheik to discuss the current situation of his tribe in the Jazeerah Desert, Iraq July 3, 2008. TF Mech is conducting disruption operations in part of Operation Defeat al Qaida in the North to deny enemy sanctuary and prevent foreign fighter entry into the area.
