Takeyoshi Omori, the deputy commander of 4th Division, Japan Ground Self Defense Force, thanks a U.S. Army helicopter pilot by giving him and his crew a Japanese coin for excellence after an aerial tour of the Yakima Training Center, Wash., Sept. 6, 2013. Omori got an aerial view of approximately 512 square miles of open maneuver training terrain during Rising Thunder.
