A Pitney Bowes meter and scale rests on the front sales counter at the post office aboard at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan, where postal Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 2, Regional Command (Southwest), finalized the installation of the new system Sept. 1, 2013. The new meter and scale replaced the integrated retail terminal, which entered service several decades ago, and will be the new standard for deployed postal environments.
