The Coast Guard Cutter Tern, an 87-foot patrol boat home-ported in San Francisco, patrols the perimeter of the race area for the Louis Vuitton Cup finals in San Francisco Bay as Emirates Team New Zealand and Luna Rossa Challenge battle for position, Aug. 24.
