1st Lt. Erik Wiesehan, a Canby, Ore., native; and Staff Sgt. Jose Perez, a Bayaman, Puerto Rico native, leave the Taji Medical Clinic in the Taji Qada, northwest of Baghdad, after instructing classes to the hospital staff, July 1. Wiesehan serves as the embedded Provincial Reconstruction Team's essential services coordinator, and Perez serves as a combat medic with the 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment "Wolfhounds," 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
