U.S. Army Europe commanding general, Lt. Gen. Donald Campbell, takes an opportunity to talk with members of the 70th Infantry Division, Hawaii National Guard, about their major role of the high command in exercise Immediate Response 13, and how well they have performed.
Immediate Response 13 is a U.S. Army Europe sponsored exercise designed to prepare participating nations for increased contributions to ongoing and future NATO post ISAF operations, while enhancing regional cooperation, confidence, and security assurance among regional Balkan allies.
