The Best Junior Officer Competition, unique to U.S. Army Europe, is a weeklong training event highlighting the best lieutenants and captains in Army units across Europe . These officers represent the best in their units and exemplify the USAREUR imperatives of teamwork, comprehensive fitness, leader development, training, discipline and standards.
