Tryon, commanding general for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Command and U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe, speaks to Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response Aug. 15, 2013, during his visit to Moron Air Base, Spain.
