U.S. Army Staff Sgt. David Foster of Spring Hill, Fla., assigned to 5th Signal Command, keeps an eye on security during the team medical simulation portion of U.S. Army Europe's 2013 Best Warrior Competition at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Aug.21. The U.S. Army Europe Best Warrior Competition is a weeklong event that tests Soldiers physical stamina, leadership and technical knowledge and skill. Winners in the Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer categories of the USAREUR competition will go on to compete at the Department of the Army level.
