After you complete and submit your DVIDS Hometown News Release, DVIDS staff may use the information you provide in your release to pitch your story to relevant media/reporters/bloggers, which may be interested in interviewing you. Prior to releasing your information to the media, DVIDS media relations staff will review and submit it to authorized military public affairs personnel. A representative from DVIDS or military public affairs may contact you for more information. Military public affairs must approve your release before additional action is taken.
