    • Rapid Removal of OCIE

      The Army is modernizing the way Soldiers request, receive and turn in individual equipment via a reform to the Central Issue Facility and piloting the Rapid Removal of Excess Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment, or R2O. At the end stage of R2O, Army Materiel Command redistributes usable equipment to where it's needed most and disposes of unserviceable items.
