The Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium (PALS) is an annual event during which military leadership from across the network of Allies and partners come together to discuss key aspects of maritime/amphibious operations, capability development, crisis response and interoperability. The event is an important opportunity to forge relationships amongst the region’s amphibious community. Engagements in the Indo-Pacific such as PALS and other exercises improve cohesion, training and interoperability with our allies and partners throughout the region. The strong relationships that result from close collaboration directly enhance regional stability and economic ties, which benefit all Pacific people.
The two-day Command Senior Enlisted Leaders Program at the Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium 2026, hosted by U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, in Honolulu, Hawaii, from June 16 -18, 2026, brought together senior enlisted military leaders to address a critical component of force readiness: the health and resiliency of warfighters.
