Thunderbolt Soldiers take communication assets to the next levelJOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wash. – Communication networks can be easily considered one of the most critical assets for the success of tactical operations. For the 1st Battalion, 94th Field Artillery Regiment, 17th Field Artillery Brigade, the High Frequency radio has become their highest level of network available, facilitating training and enabling their recent exercise at Yakima Training Center to be more efficient and accurate, Apr. 13-22.
