Alma students visit 188th Wing
Students from Alma visit the 188th WingStudents from the Alma School District attending Camp Airedale visited Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Arkansas for tours of the base and an inside look of the 188th Wing’s conversion to the remotely piloted aircraft and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions June 10 through 24, 2015.


Nebraska Air Guard showcases emergency management capabilities: Civil disturbance, natural disasters
When it comes to unpredictable weather, the state of Nebraska rarely takes a backseat to anyone. That’s why, the Nebraska Air National Guard places such a significant focus on maintaining its readiness and ability to step in to help local and state communities recover when disasters do inevitably occur. Whether a community is struck by a civil disturbance, chemical spill, tornado, fire, flood or blizzard, the Nebraska Air National Guard’s domestic operations team is capable of augmenting and stabilizing a situation if city, county or state resources have been overwhelmed or depleted.


4th EMS AGE: Ground power maintains air dominance
4th EMS AGE: Ground power maintains air dominance“No airpower without ground power;” this is the motto of the 4th Equipment Maintenance Squadron’s aerospace ground equipment Airmen. The AGE flight is comprised of more than 70 Airmen who provide maintenance through inspections and upkeep on equipment to support flightline operations.
