Giant Voice upgrades no small task
As technology continually changes, so have the means of communicating, especially during emergencies. From AtHoc, an emergency notification system, to emails and Facebook, Eielson has multiple sources to disseminate information, but one loud voice can be heard even if cell phone or internet service is unavailable.
