Citizens of the Doura community joined local leaders from the Rashid District Council and Soldiers of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad to celebrate the re-opening of the Doura Public Library, Jan. 21. The public library is capable of holding approximately 10,000 books and offers a computer room with 15 personal computers and internet service, as well as a reading room and a children's room for public use by local Iraqi citizens in southern Baghdad's Rashid district.
