    Immediate Response 24 begins with the arrival of CONUS-based forces at ports in Narvik, Norway and Kalundborg, Denmark and involves approximately 10,400 U.S. and 12,750 multinational Allied and partner participants. Immediate Response 24 includes Army prepositioned stock (APS) draws, live-fire exercises, wet gap crossings, and multinational training. It is linked to the national exercises Spring Storm in Estonia, Northern Forest in Finland, and Spring Strike in Sweden and is associated with Lithuania’s national exercise Thunder Storm and Latvia’s exercise Summer Shield.
