BROLL and Interviews of Marines from the Combat Center at 29 Palms during Exercise Steel Knight, an annual combined arms exercise which brings units from throughout 1st Marine Division together to train as a Marine Air Ground Task Force. During a training exercise Oct. 6, near Combat Center Range 210, Marines and sailors with Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Tank Battalion, conducted a live-fire convoy operation. Marines with H and S Co.'s Scout platoon oversaw the training, where Marines had the opportunity to hone their skills with medium and heavy machine guns. Exercise Steel Knight is slated to run through Oct. 13.
