    B-roll of airboat crews evacuating two people and their dog from their flood water surrounded home in Harwood, N.D. Scenes include the rescuers giving instructions to the evacuees, loading the people and the dog onto an airboat and footage of the home as an airboat drives away. This rescue is part of a multi-agency operation that is responding to major flooding along the Red River in North Dakota. Coast Guard personnel, airboats and aircraft are assisting in this effort led by the state of North Dakota and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
