    B-roll of repairs being made to a school. Scenes include shots of the school from outside, man shovels mud into wheelbarrow. Inside, another man lays down tile. Two workers hammer on a wall and two men paint a ceiling. Then a look at the finished work outside and inside the renovated school - clean and painted. A ceiling fan is turned on in one room. Interview with Master Sergeant Robert Kolesar, a team leader with the 425th Civil Affairs Battalion (out of Santa Barbara, California). He talks about offering to renovate the school after seeing bad damage and goes through the improvements undertaken. Describes poor condition of the school beforehand. Militia occupying the school caused some of the damage. U.S. taxpayer money is used. Says schools are the future of the country and that repairing them has the biggest impact for the community.
