The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with the fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8). Theodore Roosevelt is underway participating in a composite training unit exercise, which tests the ability of the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group to effectively react to real-world scenarios and perform as an integrated unit.
