Kinosh brief the Deployable Instrumentation System (DISE) in English and French version, during the visit of Brig. Gen. Cheikh Gueye, Senegal Chief of Army Staff with Maj. Gen. Darryl A. Williams, U.S. Army Africa Commanding General. DISE is a system that uses lasers, GPS and computers to detect and track hits from weapons for realistic combat training. The seminar was intended as a forum for attendees to share their experiences in supporting coalition and combatant commanders in a joint task force environment.
