Sir John Chalmers McColl, first Commander of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in 2001, currently Lieutenant Governor of Jersey; and by Lieutenant General Gotz Gliemeroth, Commander of the NATO-led ISAF from October 2003 until February 2004.
