Vice Commandant of the Coast Guard, Vice Adm. Peter Neffenger, and Vice Adm. Charles Ray, commander of Coast Guard Pacific Area, participated in Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma's "Cook Off 2014," which pitted two of the service's most senior leaders against each other in a cooking competition. The Cook Off raised awareness of the training and importance of Coast Guard food service specialists.
