Nine suspected migrants were rescued in the water near Turkey Point in Biscayne Bay, Florida as Coast Guard and partner agencies continue to search for two people in the water. The crew aboard the tug boat Eagle notified Coast Guard Sector Miami watch-standers of a man in the water clinging to debris shortly after 10 a.m. Oct. 27. U.S. Coast Guard Video.
