U.S. Marines with 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade conduct a closing ceremony for the renovation of a classroom at Beddeng-Mabanglal Elementary School, Zambales, Philippines part of humanitarian civic assistance projects conducted throughout the Zambales region as part of Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX) 15. PHIBLEX is an annual, bilateral training exercise conducted by the Armed Forces of the Philippines, U.S. Marines and Navy in order to strengthen interoperability across a range of capabilities to include disaster relief and contingency operations.
