Lt. Brian Seekatz, an Air Station Houston MH-65 Dolphin rescue helicopter pilot, recalls the rescue of a man off Atkinson Island in the Houston Ship Channel Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014. The Coast Guard Air Station Houston aircrew was able to rescue the man after a good Samaritan noticed a boat going in circles in the Houston Ship Channel and reported it to Sector Houston-Galveston watchstanders.
