Air National Guard Civil Engineers from 110th CES Michigan, and the 113th CES Washington D.C. were welcomed by Latvian Officials today during the opening ceremony for the Humanitarian Civic Assistance project which is an effort between the partnering nations to aid in training, and enhancing welfare of the community in Ogre and Adazi.
