Dominican Beyond Horizon Exercise Closes Out
Diplomatic, multilateral, exercise, Beyond Horizon, in Barahona, Dominican Republic came to an end June 16, 2014. The operation was led by US Southern Command and Army South providing humanitarian assistance i.e. the construction of schools and clinics, to locals. Army Lt. Gen.
