USPACOM Commander ADM Samuel Locklear discusses the US-Tonga military relationship during remarks at a "Beat the Retreat" ceremony in the Kingdom of Tonga. The ceremony honored the recently signed State Partnership Agreement between Tonga and the Nevada National Guard.
