Fort bliss and 4th Battalion, 6th infantry
regiment are finishing up their initial pilot test of the Army Performance Triad.
The Triad is a new program created by
the office of the surgeon general that focuses on a three part system that is designed to improve overal health. The three parts are proper diet, proper amount of sleep and proper amount of activity. Fort Bliss is one of only three bases selected to be part of the initial pilot program. The soldiers of 4-6 infantry shared their opinions of the new program.
