On Mar. 24, 1663 the Carolina Charter was drafted and granted eight Lords proprietors the “authority to levy, muster and train men,” – the origins of today’s North Carolina National Guard.
In honor of North Carolina National Guard’s 351st birthday, NCNG Citizen-soldiers and airmen went to the radio airways and conducted public service announcements (Production by Curtis Media Group and Ms. Oda Almonte, NCNG Public Affairs).
