A healthy soldier is a prepared soldier. But with the rapid changes in Korea, snow, rain and ice can destroy boots. That’s where the Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers or B.O.S.S. Program put on a boot cleaning event at Osan Air Base to prevent boots from getting soaked.
