Service members and Local Koreans enjoy a day out in the snow at the annual Seoul Snow Festival at the Korean War memorial.   • The USO took a group of Yongsan Service Members and their families to the Fifth Aannual Jarasum, Sing Sing Winter Ice Festival. For some of the visitors, this is their first time ice fishing and the USO provided them the opportunity to try something new.
