The 16th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop once again brings thousands of toys to underprivileged children around the Carolina Region. At the same time Fort Bragg paratroopers have an opportunity to train with a foreign jump master and participate in the world's largest combined airborne operation.
