NEW ORLEANS -- In this video provided by the Eighth District External Affairs Office, Rear Adm. Roy A. Nash assumed command of the Eighth Coast Guard District from Rear Adm. Mary E. Landry in an official change-of-command ceremony at the Port of New Orleans, June 1, 2011. Landry both retired as commander of the district and as an active duty officer in the U.S. Coast Guard.
