    PETALUMA, Calif. - Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma holds a ceremony to honor retired Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class George C. Larsen, promoting him to an honorary chief petty officer, Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, for his service during the attack on Pearl Harbor and for his continued contributions to the community.
