Firestine as commanding officer of Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST) 91109 during a change of command Ceremony, which was presided over by Capt. Mark Hemann of the Deployable Operations Group (DOG) out of Washington, D.C., Wednesday, June 9, 2010.
