HARWOOD, N.D. - Responders from the Coast Guard, Valley Water Rescue, Cass County Sheriff's Dept. and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service evacuate two residents of Harwood and their dog, whose house was surrounded by floodwaters. The people and dog were evacuated using airboats from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Coast Guard.
