    LAMOURE, N.D. - In this video provided by the Ninth Coast Guard District, Coast Guard Sector Upper Mississippi's Disaster Area Response Team (DART) deploys to a submarine communication tower on the James River in LaMoure to prepare for a possible evacuation of the tower's U.S. Navy personnel, Wednesday, April 15, 2009. The DART and several Coast Guard and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service airboat crews arrived in Fargo, N.D. under the direction of a Unified Command to assist flood-prone communities along the Red River April 11, 2009.
