Rear Adm. Robert S. Branham, commander of the Coast Guard's Seventh District, visits Port au Prince, Haiti, and speaks during a ceremony at the Killick Garde Cote (Haitian Coast Guard) base Friday, May 14, 2008. During the ceremony, Branham officially signed over to the Garde Cote four boats that were refurbished by the U.S. Coast Guard and delivered by the crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Oak.
