    SEATTLE - A Coast Guardsman changes out warning flags at Coast Guard Station Yaquina Bay, Ore. today. The flags are flown at Coast Guard stations to warn nearby boaters of the severity of local sea conditions. Areas along the Oregon coast saw 20-foot swells and 50-knot winds Friday and today. Mariners are encouraged to check with the Coast Guard before considering getting underway.
