Lt. Gen. Perry Wiggins, Army North Commanding General, will lead a diverse panel in discussing their respective agency’s missions and roles in enhancing North American Security and support to civil authorities here at home. The National Response Framework will provide a background for the scenario based discussion. Panelists include representatives from NORTHCOM, FEMA, Army National Guard, Army Reserve, U.S. Border Patrol, and the DC Metropolitan Police Department.
