  • The 443rd Civil Affairs Battalion’s Functional Special Team for Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa conducted a medical assessment of the Kamenge Hospital in Burundi to help further the Burundi National Defense Force’s ability to provide long term care to their soldiers returning from Somalia.
