Landing Craft Utility (LCU) 2032, United States Army Vessel
(USAV) Palo Alto and LCU 2033 USAV Paulus Hook, departing
the port of Coast Guard Base Kodiak. The LCU's supported the
re-occuring five-year-long Innovative Readiness Training Program
(IRT) - Mertarvik. The Army Reserve Mariners provided unique
logistical support for the relocation and infrastructure build-up for
the village of Newtok and Air-strip expansion in Old Harbor during
this year's four-month phase of IRT. Available in high definition.
