Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel briefed the press on the 28th of June 2013, in front of the Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station. While in Colorado, Secretary Hagel visited the headquarters of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command at Peterson AFB. Secretary Hagel will receive briefings from Gen. Chuck Jacoby and staff on a number of issues including homeland defense, integrated air and missile defense, US-Mexico military-to-military relations, and defense support of civil authorities.
