ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Coast Guard boat crew members aboard a 45-foot Response Boat-Medium from Station Cortez rescue a mariner just before he strikes the Cortez Road Bridge, Thursday June 6, 2013. Boaters should take necessary precautions to ensure their safety due to strong gusty winds associated with the outer weather bands of tropical storms.
